first install hotspot shield in pc
1. Download Hotspot Shield
take 0 balance aircel sim connect to pc with apn as aircelwap then u will see that internet is connected in sys, but u could not browse so open hotspot sheild and right click onsys tray icon click on connect otwill open a web page click onconnect that fine u have annonymus browsing anddownloading...just use aircelwap apn only without any proxy settings...your net will connect surely
